As been widely reported, traditional Medicare recipients are now facing the possibility of being charged for home health visits by nurses, and other health attendants. A recommendation by the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission is pushing Congress to act on legislation to curtail the overuse of the service along with fighting fraud at the same time; taxpayers are contributing billions each year only to end up in the wrong hands. - The more than 30 million Medicare beneficiaries.
Not to be affected
- Medicaid recipients & people just released from hospitals.
And there is no word whether Medicare Advantage recipients would be affected at the moment.
