What You Need To Know About CDHP’s

A “Consumer-Driven Health Plan” (CDHP), is an effective way for employers to provide cost-effective healthcare to their employees.  For instance, if an employee pays cash out-of-pocket to his/her doctor, their employer would reimburse the cost for their visit.  This process enables a strong relationship between employee and employer creating a sense of trust and loyalty.  In summary, employees that participate with personal Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) with their employers are reimbursed via Health Reimbursement Arrangements, or HRAs.  To find out more how CDHP’s work, click and view the video below…
